I.Warming up
a.Say hello to the children.
b.Riddle: Guess what is this animal? II.Presentation
a. Introduce the book cover and information about the book. b.Look at the pictures and answer the following questions. Q: What can you see?
c.Listen to the tape and read the story on Page 2
d. Listen to the tape again and fill the blanket on Page.
e. Look at the picture on Page 4 and guess what will happen? Then read the text loudly by following the tape.
f. First look at the pictures and the listen to the tape. Then ask three pupils to read the text loudly in diffirent characters. (Narrator, Brown Mouse, White Mouse and Grey Mouse) g. Finish the exercise “Ask and Answer” to get further understanding of the story.
h.Pupils get the book and read the story on Page 10-16. Ask some pupils to read the story in different characters.(Narrator, Brown Mouse, White Mouse and Grey Mouse ) III.Practice
a. Pupils listen to the tape again and read after the video.
b. Pupils discuss in groups and then finish the worksheet. (Put the sentences into the correct order)
c. Pupils read the story in different characters.(Narrator, Brown Mouse, White Mouse and Grey Mouse )Then ask some pupils to show in the platform. IV.Consolidation
