A company image is an intangible item, but it‟s as important. Istablished company images car be changed and shaped through planned, consistent marketing strategies; consider these item when establishing or change our company image.

(1)Make sure our brochures, advertisements, product, packages and business cards reflect our image.

(2)Combined our sales strategy and tactics with our company image.

(3)We should create a image that will do anything to please its customers, Make sure our customer service policies are consistent with our desired imagine. (4)Match the promotional events in which you participate to our image. (5)Focus our publicity efforts on publications that match our image.

A good company image enhances public recognition and increased popularity will translate into great trading volume and profits.

our organization is a challenge and an opportunity. These special features will help us recruit and retain all the talents we need. Here are some tips for better selecting.
