Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am honored to give you a presentation on our company, Mata Shoes. My name is Jenny Ross. I’m a Technical Director of Mata Shoes. I’m in charge of control of products’ quality and creation of new products with Design Department.

My talk will last 3 minutes. I have divided my presentation into 4 parts. Firstly, I’d like to introduce to you our company profile. Next, I’d like to talk about our employees. In addition, I will show the turnover last year to you. Finally, I will say something about our company’s plan.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask as I go along.

First, I’d like to give an overview of Mata shoes. Our company is one of the biggest shoe manufacturers in Brazil. We manufacture shoes under the brad name “Daniela” and sales in over 20 countries. As a result, we become a leader in our industry.

Secondly, I’d like to tell you something about our employees. We have a staff of 20,000 and they are from all over the world. We always place a premium on good staff relations based on mutual trust. It greatly increases the productivity and efficiency of employees.

Thirdly, this is the actual for last year's turnover ---US$50 million. And I believe, our corporation can earn more profit in the next year.

Lastly, our corporation plan to enter new markets next year. We aim to found new companies in China, India and so on.
