Standard:

All Floor Butlers will be issued a grand master key under his/her name, which will enable him/her to access guest rooms upon service is requested. Each Floor Butler owns personal responsibility of safekeeping his/her master key and handling it with special care and attention.

标准：

所有的楼层专职管家都有一把自己的万能钥匙，以便于当他需要为客人提供服务时进入客房。每个楼层专职管家都要对自己的万能钥匙安全负责要以十分谨慎小心的态度处理自己的万能钥匙。

Procedures:

1. Each butler must bring his/own ID copy every time when coming to work.

2. With full butler uniform, butler must go to Security Checkpoint, and sign out

his/her own master key by giving out his/her ID copy to the Security Associate.

3. At the end of the duty, butler must sign in his/her own master key at Security

Checkpoint and take back his/her ID copy from the Security Associate. This shall be done before changing his/her uniform in the locker room.

4. No master key will be permitted to sign out without each butler’s personal ID

card.

5. Each butler should only sign out his/her own master key at any time.

6. Each butler should sign out/in his/her own master key only upon the time of

commencing his/her scheduled duty or overtime arrangement.

7. Under no circumstance, butler is allowed to bring the master key out of hotel

when he/she is off duty.

8. The Shift Leaders for each shift should review the Butler Master Key Sign

In/Out Book at Security Check Point once, so as to prevent any unscheduled master key sign out by butlers.

3. 当班结束后，专职管家要在安保检查点交还自己的万能钥匙并从保安处

4. 专职管家如果没有自己的身份证作抵押将无法从保安处取得万能钥匙。

5. 任何时候每个专职管家只能领取自己的万能钥匙。

6. 每个专职管家都要根据当班时间表或加班安排按时签出或交还他的万能

钥匙。

7. 任何情况下都不允许专职管家在下班时把万能钥匙带出酒店。

8. 每个班次的主管都要在安保检查点审核一次万能钥匙交接的记录，以防

止任何没有事先安排的万能钥匙借出。

9. 如果专职管家没有取得万能钥匙来上班将受到相应的纪律处罚。


9. The discipline action will be taken for butler who comes to work without

his/her own master key.

10. The discipline action will be taken for butler who fails to sign in his/her own

master key after the duty.

11. The loss of master key by butlers may cause immediate termination.



10. 如果专职管家在当班结束后没有交还他的万能钥匙将受到相应的纪律处

罚。

11. 如果专职管家遗失万能钥匙将被立即辞退。
