1、 队列练习。小朋友，今天我们一起去玩游戏吧，我们先一起来锻炼一下身体，来听信号做动作，看谁最能干。。（四路变大圆，大圆成四路）

2、 听音乐做律动。现在我们一起来听着音乐锻炼身体吧，让自己全身都动起来。 二、基本部分

1、小朋友，今天我们要把火箭送上天，那请你想想火箭怎么样才能飞得高呢？

幼儿讨论后个别讲述，然后练习。

3、 教师作示范讲解，两脚分开，侧身，手举肩上用力投出。 幼儿边练习边念顺口溜：举起火箭，两脚分开，我的火箭飞得高。让幼儿将火箭飞向蓝天，指导个别幼儿，让每个人都获得成功。
