1教学目标

1. Knowledge:

☻To learn the new words and expressions after the lesson ☻To get a better understanding of the reading material.

☻To finish some tasks in through reading, listening and speaking. 2. Skills:

☻To improve students’ reading skills like guessing words, skimming, scanning and paragraphing. ☻To develop speaking and listening skills as well. 3. Emotion and attitude:

☻To encourage students to take an active part in the classroom activities, so that they can become more and more interested in English learning and have more confidence in reading. ☻To let students realize the importance of love between people.

2学情分析

The students are supposed to be the ones of Grade nine with medium upper English level. They are a little poor in listening and afraid to speak English. So the students should be taught with listening and speaking part and they can also get help from their classmates and teacher.

3重点难点

☻To make students understand the structure of the story ☻To help students finish all the tasks in a specific way.

☻How to train students to read effectively with different purposes.

☻How to integrate speaking and listening activities into reading activities.
