【摘 要】Teaching is an important part of training applied talents about vocational skills and overall quality. Based on"the role of cognitive

competence in the post as a starting point and work for the goal"for career planning and job-oriented, adapting to the employment targets of IT professional job specialty group in vocational colleges and common software services outsourcing in-dustry, and integrating approach CDIO engineering education and business in the post training experience, comprehensive train-ing to explore computer science teaching model content and structure, process frameworks, teaching methods, to build a three-stage training course design and the integration of teaching implementation mode that integrates "CDIO project framework for the integration of the teaching process flow mainline, IT applications and services outsourcing industry employment for two kinds of training curriculum, synchronization course experiment, project follow exercises, corporate job training".%实训教学是培养应用型人才职业技能和综合素质的重要环节。立足于“角色认知为起点和胜任在岗工作为目标”的生涯规划和就业导向，适配高职院校特色IT专业岗位群和通用软件服务外包行业就业目标，综合CDIO工程教育方法和企业在岗培训经验，探索计算机专业综合实训教学模式的内容结构、


过程框架、教学方法，构建出“CDIO项目流过程教学框架一体化主线，行业IT应用和服务外包就业面向两种实训课程体系，同步课程实验、项目接续演练、企业岗位实训”三阶段融合的实训课程设计和教学实施模式。 【总页数】4页(P6131-6134) 【作 者】赵丽萍
