How to keep healthy? Healthy eating is very important for us. If we want to be healthy, we must have enough food. It must be clean. It must be the right kind of food.

Most people in our country have enough food. We know we need food because we feel hungry. Then if we eat up a bowl of rice, we will not feel hungry. But do you know which food is good for us and which food can keep us healthy?

Dolphins travel in a group. We call a group of fish a “school”. They don’t study, but they travel together. Dolphins talk to the other dolphins the school. They give information.
