高考英语作文应用文指导-第1讲 建议信

1．建议信的基本结构

建议信是向收信人就某事提出写信人的建议或忠告。建议信要写出写信的原因、建议的内容、提出建议的理由，要写得简明扼要、目的明确、具有合理性和说服力。此外，要注意礼貌，使读者易于接受。建议信一般分为三个部分，具体内容如下：

首段：表明写作意图，陈述事由(如果不认识对方，必要的情况下可以先简单介绍自己)。 主体段：针对具体情况提出具体的建议或忠告(有时可以先肯定对方的优点)。 结尾段：希望对方采纳你的建议。 2．常用表达 开头常用语：

(1)I'm glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on how to…我非常高兴收到你的来信，问我关于如何……的建议。

(2)You have asked for my advice about…and I will try to make some suggestions.就……事你征询我的意见，我会尽量给出一些建议。

(3)I'm writing to express my views concerning…我写信谈谈关于……的看法。 表达“建议”常用语：

(1)I would like to suggest that…我想建议……

(2)As far as I am concerned…/In my opinion, …就我而言/在我看来…… (3)There is no better way to do sth. than to do sth.没有比做……更好了

Why not do…？/How about doing…？/Have you considered doing…？不如做……？/你是否有考虑过做……？

(4)I think it would be more beneficial if you could…我认为如果你……将会更有益。 (5)It should be a good idea to do…做……会是一个不错的主意。

(6)Another thing I want to remind you is that…另一个我想提醒你的事是…… 结尾常用语：

(1)I believe you will take my advice/suggestions into account/consideration seriously.我相信你会认真考虑我的建议。

(2)I hope you will find these proposals/suggestions practical/useful/helpful.我希望你会觉得这些建议有用。

(3)I would be ready to discuss more details about this matter with you.我十分乐意与你讨论此事的更多细节。

(4)If you could take what I suggest seriously, I would appreciate it very much.如果你能认真考虑我的建议，我将不胜荣幸。

3．通用模板

Dear Sir/Madam，
