【摘 要】The job burnout of the rural kindergarten teachers in Shanxi Province and its effect are in-vestigated by questionnaires,and the result shows that although the job burnout of the rural kindergar-ten teachers are not serious,the situation is widespread,especially .emotional exhaustion is more seri-ous.Teaching years,teaching classes,class size,kindergarten running part and marital status have ap-parent influence on the rural kindergarten teachers’job burnout.%以山西省农村幼儿园教师为被试，运用问卷调查法研究山西省农村幼儿园教师的职业倦怠及其影响因素。结果表明：农村幼儿园教师的职业倦怠虽不严重，但已普遍存在，尤其以情绪耗竭较为严重；教龄、任教班级、班级规模、幼儿园性质及婚姻情况对山西省农村幼儿园教师职业倦怠有显著影响。
