非常重要。有些求职者在撰写求职简历时常常会对求职简历的作用、书写产生一些误解，这应引起注意。常见的误解有：

1、一份最能充分表现自己的任职资格和工作能力的求职简历，就算是写得最好的筒历。这种看法过于简单。简历的根本作用在于尽可能地吸引招聘单位对你的注意力，能让有关的职业介绍所或人才交流中心为之砰然心动，欲把你推荐给用人单位而后快。一般来说，你所想去的单位，可能别人也想去，人事部门一天下来可能同时收到几十份甚至上百份简历，许多简历可能看一眼就放在一边了， 因此作为简历上所写的东西，必须让人特别注意，使对方对你有个好印象，否则之后你就不可能指望有任何与对方面谈的机会了，因此简历写得好坏是决定你能否得到所求职位的第一关。

2、简历是求职者自然状况的自然展现，是经历、学历与社会关系的描述。其实不然，你的简历要让你经得起淘汰，使自己成为有机会接受面试的人之一，所以有人说，简历只是一个钓饵，目的'在于激发招聘单位人事经理的兴趣，从而为自己赢得面试机会。

3、为了赢得面谈机会可以捏造事实、抬高身价、弄虚作假。显然不可以。因为争取面谈机会并不是最后目的，最后的目的是要取得工作。如果弄虚作假暂时取得了面谈机会，但以后如果被对方发觉，那么将把自己弄得身败名裂。如果实事求是地说明自己的情况，一家不成还可以去找另一家，而弄虚作假后却可能招致到处把你拒之门外。

4、求职简历写得越详细越好，用人单位会认真审读。事实上，用人单位的人事经理用于简历的阅读时间，一般不会超过2分钟，因为他每天可能要看大量的这类信件，还有很多工作要做，写得详细，反而会使人厌烦而把你的简历扔到一边。

5、要想把简历写好点，最好请专门写简历的专业人员代写。事实上，专业人员写出来的东西都是千篇一律，毫无特色。个人的求职简历最好是自己起草，然后再请专业人员或有经验的人过目，提提意见，或修改一下，这样能做到独具特色，而且符合常识性的要求。
