Visitor Management Regulation公司访客管理制度

1.0 Purpose目的

In order to strength the visitor’s management. 为加强来访人员管理，特制订本制度。

2.0 Responsibilities 职责

This regulation applies to all employees and all visitors. 本规定适用于全体员工和所有来访客户的管理接待。

3.0 Instruction description 具体描述

1. Visiting time来访时间规定

If there are no special situation, the visiting time should be set from 8:30-17:00 at workdays, unless get the department managers’ confirmation.

如无特殊情况，来访时间应定于工作日上班时间（8:30-17:00），否则需征得各部门经理同意。 2. General Visitors一般访客管理流程

a. Admin will help prepare the visitor registration and EHS should prepare the safety notice, all

these documents should be ready on the table of company hall.

行政负责访客登记表的准备，安环部负责公司访客安全告知，以上文件需提前放在公司大厅的接待处。

b. All the interviewees should arrange the visitors in advance including reception in the lobby,

arrange sign of the documents and etc.

所有被访人员需提前做好安排，如提前至大厅等待，负责来访人员的登记以及其他相关事宜。 c. If the visitor needs to enter the workshop, the interviewee should lead the visitor to the safety

station and wear the labor protection articles.

若访客需要进入车间，受访者应带领来访者前往安全站穿戴好劳保用品。

3. External construction workers 外来施工人员管理规定

a. Temporary construction worker 临时施工人员

a) If there are temporary construction workers, the relevant department should notice EHS in

advance and finish the registration.

若是临时施工人员，相关部门应提前通知EHS并做好相应登记工作。

b) EHS will audit the qualifications and notice the safety requirements to these workers.

安环部将审核施工人员资质并做好相应安全告知。

c) After above process, these workers should be taken to the construction areas and managed

by the related people.

在之后，相关部门应负责把施工人员带至相应施工地点并做好监督管理工作。

b. Long-term construction worker长期施工人员

a) Before the construction, the relevant department should coordinate with EHS to finish the

necessary applications and help do the registration at the 1st time.

施工之前，相应部门应与安环部门做好施工前的协调工作并在第一次入场时做好登记。

b) It is not required to ask these long-term construction workers to do the registration daily.

若是长期施工人员，无需每日填写访客登记表。

c) During the construction, the EHS and relevant department shall be responsible for the

supervision and inspection.

外来施工单位人员在施工期间，安环部和相应部门对施工单位负有监督检查责任。
