I told him that .I said you had to be somewhere else at that time. So you might not be able to make it. Shall i ask him to suggest another day.

No don’t do that. It;s my first real meeting with him. I’d like to go ahead. Now i’ll just have to rearrange my other things. But that’s not going to be easy.
