重大版小学英语 六年级上册 Unit 4 Around our city Lesson 1 How do you go there?

一、教材分析

How do you go there? 是重大版小学英语六年级上册第四单元“Around our city” Lesson 1的第二课时，是在学生学习了交通工具bus, car, ship, bike等基础之上进行教学的。通过第一课时的学习，学生已经知道了表示乘坐某种交通工具要用by+交通工具或用on foot来表示。本课时主要让学生可以在具体情景中用How do you go...?提问并能用I go to...by.../on foot替换回答。



二、教学目标

1、语言知识目标：

学生能听懂并能熟练运用句子“how do you go...”来询问别人的出行方式，并能够用句子“I go to...by .../on foot.”来进行替换回答。 2、语言能力目标：

学生能把学习和实际生活联系起来，将学习生活化。培养学生灵活运用语言，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，以及与他人合作交流的能力。 3、情感态度目标：

通过各类游戏和情景对话，培养学生敢于开口的学习习惯，提高学生参与学习活动的积极性，增强他们的自信心。 4、文化意识目标：

了解一些东西方文化的差异。

三、教学重难点

1. 教学重点：能在具体情景中灵活运用“How do you go...?”来询问别人的出行方式，并能够用句子“I go to...by.../on foot.”来回答。 2. 能够替换关键词进行练习。

四、教学过程

Step 1：Warming-up 1. Greetings. 2. Free talk

Look at the picture, I just went to Guangzhou and I came to the Guangzhou Tower. Guangzhou Tower is very high, and when you stand on the highest place, you guys must feel scared. Then guess: How did I go to the Guangzhou Tower?

（进入课题之前先和学生谈论自己的去广州塔的经历，激发学生进入课题的兴趣，为本课的学习打下基础。） 3. Let’s chant

（以chant的形式复习第一课时内容，为接下来的替换练习打基础。） Step 2: Presentation


1. 出示学校图片，并提问：Where is it?预设学生回答：It’s school.或者用中文表达“学校、校门等”。

2. 出示问句： How do you go to school? 师教读句子并板书。

I go to...by.../on foot.

3. 小组用相互提问的方式练习对话。

（出示对话，通过反复操练，让学生能听懂、会说并能回答，还能合适的替换。） Step 3: Practice.

1. 出示调查表，了解活动要求。

（通过小组成员互相提问和调查的方式让学生自主对话巩固新知。）

2. 出示北京、上海和重庆的标志性建筑提问：where do you want to go? If you want to go to Beijing? How do you go to Beijing? 请学生用I go to Beijing by train/by ship/by car.进行替换练习。

（替换地点进行练习可以让学生感受当距离较远时，选择恰当的交通工具进行练习，）

3. Play Game.

讲解游戏规则，在小组内练习，最后小组汇报。

（小组通过扔骰子dice确定不同的地点提问，让学生灵活替换练习，同时提高学生对英语学习的兴趣以及小组合作意识。） Step 4: Expansion

1. 出示中国和英国的汽车驾驶室图片，师提问：what’s the difference？师讲解：In China, the drivers sit on the left; but in the UK, the drivers sit on the right. 2. Let’s enjoy some pictures.

There are many other transportation, and they make us more convenient. 3. Enjoy a song.

Step 5: Homework(二选 一)

1. Ask your family members about their transportation, and practice what we learn today.（向家人询问他们的日常交通当时，并练习对话。）

2、Make a plan with your friends, and create a dialogue.（与同桌制定出行计划，并用所学句型进行创编对话。） 五、板书设计
