基于中医传承辅助平台分析《傅青主男科》虚劳门用药规律

【摘 要】目的:分析《傅青主男科》中的虚劳门类方剂用药规律, 以期为中医治疗虚劳用药提供参考和研究思路.方法:收集《傅青主男科》中虚劳门所记载的方剂, 应用中医传承辅助平台 (V2.5) 软件, 构建数据库, 对数据库进行四气、五味、归经分布、频次统计、关联规则方面的分析.结果:对虚劳篇中所载的27首方剂进行分析, 频次前3位的常用药物是人参、白术、熟地黄;常用药物组合出现频次≥9的组合共25组, 前3位的组合分别是人参、白术, 熟地黄、麦冬, 陈皮、人参;就药物四气、五味、归经情况而言, 甘温药物使用频次最高, 药物归经分析发现归脾经的药物最多, 其次是心、肺、肾、肝.结论:傅青主以补法为大法治疗虚劳, 方中补而不滞, 兼顾五脏, 不善辛热温补, 强调甘温之补, 尤重补脾气, 益肾阴.%Objective:To provide the reference and research thinking for the medication of treating consumptive disease by analyzing the administration rules of the prescriptions for consumptive disease in FuQingZhu NanKe based on TCMISS (V2.5) . Methods: The prescriptions recorded in the chapter of consumptive disease in FuQingZhu NanKe were collected and typed into TCMISS to build the database, to analyze four properties, five flavors, the distribution of meridian tropism, frequencies and association rules.

Results:All 27 prescriptions recorded in the content of consumptive disease were analyzed, the top three herbs were RenShen (Panax ginseng C. A.


Mey.), BaiZhu (Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.) and ShuDiHuang (Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata) ; there were 25 couplet herbs which were commonly used with the frequency more than nine times, and the top three couplet herbs were Renshen-BaiZhu, ShuDiHuang-MaiDong, ChenPi-RenShen; regarding four properties, five flavors, meridian tropism of the herbs, the frequencies of sweet warm herbs were the highest, the analysis of the meridian tropism of the herbs showed that the herbs entering the spleen meridian were the most, the next were heart, lung, kidney and liver.Conclusion:Fu Qingzhu treats consumptive disease with the method of tonifying, his prescriptions could tonify while not block, give

consideration to five viscera, emphasize tonifying by sweet warm herbs, while not by acrid, warm herbs, especially invigorating spleen-Qi and nourishing renal Yin. 【总页数】3页(P47-49)
