活动简要信息：

1、参与形式与收获：投递EMAIL稿件或书稿，为长春发展建言献策；参加各档期中外文化交流

联谊会及颁奖联谊会；领取长春市外办颁发的荣誉证书、奖品、纪念品、活动纪念册、DVCD等；结交新朋友，获得新资讯；感受长春城市精神，了解中华文化。

1、Participation and gains: Please send emails or written letters for suggestions on Changchun development; Please attend series of culture exchange parties; You will get a certificate of honor awarded by Foreign Affairs Office of Changchun Government, awards, souvenirs, autograph album and DVCD; You could meet new friends, get new information of Changchun; You will experience a real spirit of Changchun and know Chinese culture better.

2、征集建议内容：面向经济建设、社会事业、城市建设、民生方面、平安长春、创新社会管理、

扩大对外交流、增强城市国际性等方面。

2、Content of your suggestion: On the subjects of economic construction, social undertaking, city development, living condition, city safety, creative social management, expanding foreign exchange, enhancing internationalism of Changchun.

3、征集对象：在长三资企业的外籍专业、技术及管理人员；外国政府（民间）组织驻长办事、代

表机构人员；在长各高等院校外籍留学生、教师；在长经商及各类从业的外籍人员；在长学习、工作的外籍人员的家属等。

3、Participants: Foreign experts, technicians and managers of foreign invested enterprises in Changchun; Organizations and government representatives of foreign countries in Changchun; International students and teachers in Changchun; Foreign traders and other foreigners working in Changchun; Relatives of foreigners studying or working in Changchun.

4、时间及稿件要求：此项活动从2011年10月20日下发《通知》起，截稿时间至12月10日止，

12月18日举行公布活动结果及颁奖晚会，历时50天；要求投稿内容为为正式稿件，可以中、英、日、俄、韩、德6种文字形式表述。要求言简意赅，有理有据，并具有针对性、可操作性或建设性。中文字数一般在500--1000字。
