*英语学习的重要性和自我的把控方式

（1）英语的实用性很强，也是最广泛使用的语言，且英语的学习能开拓接触人群的层面和自信。就学习方法来说，因人而异， 重要的是自省和自我观察，在学习过程中，要明确自己背单词的时候究竟记住了多少，阅读时有没有真正看进去，目前存在的最大问题是哪一方面（听力，词汇量，口语还是语法）等等。只有了解这些存在的客观情况，才能准确分析并及时改变学习上出现的问题和方法，来进行调整心态，而不是一味地焦虑，怀疑自己。

（2）学习英语，无非最重要的要点就是：词汇量。听 说 读 写，每一个能力都是只有在足够的词汇的条件下才能进行。当一个听力素材中，80%以上的单词以上你都认识，那有什么理由你会完全听不懂呢？同理，一篇文章，若你能看懂80%的词汇，你基本也就看懂了这篇文章。

（3）记忆新单词时，一天内重复的频率越高，越能记住。最好一天两次或者以上，像吃饭一样，早中晚各一次。并且学习当天新词汇前，把前一天的单词复习一遍。记忆单词时，不能过分追求数量，和速度，凡是没有记忆到脑子里的单词都不是自己的。

（4）要有选择性的下载背单词软件和纸质词汇书。可以随身携带笔记本；一本笔记本不仅可以随时记录任何当下你需要记住的单词，还可以在空闲时间拿来复习，巩固记忆。摘抄多次未能记住的单词，充分利用零碎的时间来背单词。 （5）最后，学习英语和学习其他任何一项技能一样， 都要有积极正面的学习心态，从容面对学习时遇到的瓶颈，然后分析原因，解决问题。只要正确的学习并坚持，我们就一定能学好英语。
