作为清华优才素质培养系列项目之一的清华少儿英语，起源于教育部大中小学英语教学“一条龙”教学改革研究项目，是清华大学外语系和博识教育集团联手为中国少年儿童设计的，集学生培训、学生测评、师资培训和师资测评为一体的完整英语学习方案。

清华少儿英语根据儿童学习语言的规律、不同时期儿童的年龄和心理特征以及对语言的接受程度，将少儿英语学习科学地划分为预备级、一级、二级、三级四个阶段，每个阶段都侧重特定能力的培养，从简单表达能力、交际对话，到较长篇章的学习，循序渐进地培养学生的听、说、读、写技能。为配合每个阶段课程的学习，清华大学外语系的专家们还主持研发了为孩子们量身定制的、完善的教材教辅产品。系列教材在编写上，遵循了语言地道、题材丰富、学科融合，注重中西文化对比等原则，更重要的是，它体现了清华精神。

Tsinghua Children’s English Training Project Introduction “Brand Education, serve the community”. Tsinghua university in china, as an institute of higher learning has been persevered in the philosophy of “meta-level, high quality, variety, creative talents” for the country’s education, Tsinghua has united Digital Knowledge World to develop series of Tsinghua Elites Project, It is hoped that the quality of education resources from Tsinghua University and the advanced education idea spread to society, for more children molded competitive future.

As one of the Tsinghua Elites Project , Tsinghua Children’s English derived from the ministry of education colleges and integrated teaching research project, It was

designed by Language Department of Tsinghua University united Digital Knowledge World for the Chinese children. It includes Student training, Students functional testing, Teacher training and Teacher functional testing as a complete English learning program

Tsinghua Children’s English according to the children’s learning a language of the laws, different times for children’s age and psychological and acceptance of language, was classified four stages as a preparatory class , primary , secondary and three stage .Every stage focus on developing the specific ability. From simple expression ability, social dialogue, to the study of text, the students’ reading, speaking and

writing skills was developed progressively. To cooperate with each phase of the study course, the experts of Language Department of Tsinghua University also conducted to customize the teaching materials and teaching aids for the children. During writing the series of textbooks, followed the real language, rich subject, subject integrated and


paid attention to the contrast between chinese and western culture. The more important is that it embodies the spirit of the Tsinghua.
