我国数字出版物的现状、问题与对策探讨

摘 要



如今，随着信息通信产业的迅速发展，人们的生活方式也发生着翻天覆地的变化，近两年数字出版物的风生水起正是其中亮点之一。随着数字出版产业规模的不断扩大，近几年每年都在以两位数的速度增长。尤其是第一届博览会以来，数字出版产业迅速发展并出现重大进展，数字出版的产业链日趋完善，数字出版理念不断深入，数字出版形态日益丰富，数字出版对各行业的内容支撑正在加强，产业规模也在逐渐扩大。

本文通过分析我国数字出版的当前现状，揭示目前我国数字出版主要存在数字出版运营模式不完善、侵权现象、渠道缺乏整合、阅读格式不统一、市场细分力度不够、产业链不完善等问题，并进一步提出加强对数字出版政策支持、健全和完善数字出版法律法规、加大对侵权的打击、健全数字出版商业运营模式、加强数字出版渠道建设与市场定位、发展数字出版物平台与完善产业链、加快数字出版标准化建设的对策。数字出版已经成为国际出版业发展的方向和潮流，也是解决我国出版业现代化的唯一选择。我们应当与时俱进，顺应潮流，加快发展数字出版，改变我们的出版业态，改造传统的出版业。数字出版是出版发展的一个新的阶段，也是出版的一次深的变革。不仅扩展了出版业的内容，延伸了出版业的形式，而且大大丰富了出版的样式和传播的空间，也从根本上改变了传统出版业的生产方式和消费观念，给出版业带来了升级换代的大好前景。

By analyzing the current situation of Chinese digital publishing digital publication, revealing at present our country main existence digital publishing operation mode are not perfect, tort phenomena, channel lack of integration, reading format is not uniform, market subdivision is inadequate and the industry chain imperfect, and further puts forward the digital publication policy support, to improve and perfect the laws and regulations, increasing the digital publication of abuses, perfect digital publishing business operation mode, strengthening digital publishing channels construction and market positioning, developing digital publication platform and improve industrial chain, accelerate the standardization countermeasures for the construction of the digital publication. Digital publishing has become an international publishing industry trends and development direction in China, but also solve the only choice. Modern publishing We should keep pace with The Times, tide, accelerate the development of digital publishing, change our publishing format, the transformation tradition of publishing industry. Digital publishing is publishing a new stage of development, but also a deep change published.
