in haimen there is a park. its a big and beautiful park. it has two gates. they are the north gate and the west gate. many people park their bikes in front of the gates.

there is a shop at the north gate. when you go into the park through the north gate, you will find a large square on your right and you will see lots of trees and flowers around you. in the west of the park, there is a playground.

sometimes some children fly kites on it and some people sit on the grass and chat. in the middle of the park, there is a lake. there are many boats on it. there is a hill in the east of the park. the park is very beautiful. i love it very much. will you come to visit it some day?

welcome to taicang. first allow me to introduce myself to you. i am a student of taicang rongwen primary school. its my honor to be your tour guide to introduce my hometown. i am so

happy to be here to take all of you to this beautiful city. i hope and i am sure you will enjoy your time here.

i wonder if you know a celebrity of chinese history. he

travelled to the west for seven times six hundred years ago. yes he is zhenghe--the first chinese explorer in the sea. all the chinese are proud of him. because he played an important role in foreign affairs and what he did created a harmonious relationship among china and other countries.in order to


remember this great man, we built a park. the park is named after his name zhenghe.

so today, i will take you to zhenghe park.

zhengs theme park, taking up an area of 122 hectares. it has 11 main small hill, the entrance square, music fountain, zhengs bronze, zhengs treasure ship, buildings of zhenghes seven trips to the memorial halls during his exploration. these

architectures restore zhengs fleet,and reflect the ocean history. whats more, the modern design concept is used in the park.the exotic custom area is very special.it looks like the real scenes of zhenghes seven trips to the countries and regions.when you stand in front of these architectures, you will image what kinds of people did zhenghe meet and what did he say to those

different people.visitors can experience these here in the local conditions and customs of countries and regions,you can also taste delicious food there as well as take photos.in the southernmost,lied a man-made mountain,which is 1.5

kilometers long.if you like, you can try to climb it and you will see the beautiful scene of yangzi river.the park is also famous for its fountains.it attracts lots of local people and people coming from other places to come here to enjoy the beautiful music and great fountain show.

zhenghe park welcomes all of you,please enjoy yourselves.
