1, My bedroom

Hello, I’m Chen Shuying. I have a very beautiful bedroom.There is an orange bed near the door,the dresser is near the bed and the black computer is on the desk. There is a brown bookcase beside the window. Bookcase which stood a lot of books, and I like to listen to the CD . Oh, look here! These are my favorite toys. This is my wardrobe, there are many clothes that I like.

My room is designed by my father for my 9th birthday. I like my room. Welcome to visit my room at any time!

2 ,My bestfriend and I

I don’t care if my friends are the same as me or different,as long as she cares me,and makes me laugh.

My best friend Chen Yu is quite different from me.She is a quiet girl,and I am more outgoing than her. I like talking and sharing everything with her,because she is always there to listen.But,we also have some things in common, both of us enjoy reading books and study hard .so we can get good grades. I hope our friendship lasts forever. 八（3）张志颖

3 ,Water

Water is very important for living things.? Without water there can be no life on the earth. All animals and plants need water. Man also needs water. We need water to drink, to cook our food and to clean ourselves.? Water is needed in offices, factories, schools and hospitals.

From space the earth looks like a huge water-covered globe. Water covers about seventy percent of the earth's surface. There is water in oceans, seas, rivers, and lakes. Even in the driest part of the world, there is some water in the air. Water is found almost everywhere. 八（1）班 林星月 4 ,

How I Improve My Spoken English



Good evening, everyone! It’s my honor to be here to share my experience in improving spoken English.

As you know, my spoken English is very good. That’s because I spend a lot of time practicing it every day. I often study it by listening to English tapes and read after it. Of course, I often watch English movies and enjoy English songs, too. And I join Jingshan English corner every Tuesday and talk with all kinds of people there.

I think if you can do there, you can improve a lot, too. Dear friends, spoken English is very important nowadays. We must try our best to improve it. 九（1）班 翟成龙
