【摘 要】本文以路桥类工程专业教学科研基层组织建设实践进行研究、剖析，提出了适合工程类专业的高职教学科研基层组织建设方法与路径，为高职工程类专业教学科研基层组织建设与师资团队核心竞争力建设提供借鉴。%This paper studies and analyzes the construction practice of basic-level organizations of teaching and scientific research of road and bridge engineering specialty, puts forward the methods and paths of construction of basic-level organizations of teaching and research in higher vocational colleges, which is suitable for engineering specialty, to provide reference for the construction of basic-level organization of teaching and scientific research of engineering specialties and the construction of core competence of teachers team in higher vocational colleges. 【总页数】2页(P43-44)
