摘 要

本文讲述的是以PLC软件编程的脉冲分配信号，来控制步进电机，并将它的脉冲控制高精度，抗干扰等方面的优势有效地应用于步进电机控制系统中，提高了步进电机的效益。本文以三菱PLC为例，介绍 PLC脉冲对四相步进电机的速度、方向、步数等方面的控制。

PLC在步进电机脉冲分配信号中的应用

Abstract

Based on PLC programming of the pulse signal, to control the distribution of stepping motor, and it will be impulsive control precision, and the advantages of the interference effectively applied in the stepping motor control system, improve the stepping motor of benefits. Based on the mitsubishi PLC as the example, this paper introduces four phase of PLC pulses of stepping motor speed and direction, number, etc.
