南宁市50岁以上老年人HIV感染风险意识分析

【摘 要】Objective: To understand the risk awareness of HIV infection among old people aged 50 or above.Methods: Questionnaire surveies were, HIV related high-risk behaviors and risk awareness of HIV infection were collected and analysed among old people aged 50 and above.Results: The age of respondents ranged from 50 to 85, t, we figure out that older age (AOR=0.974) hinders the form of high awareness of HIV infection risk, and consistent condom usage (AOR=7.621), know sex health knowledge of the old (AOR=2.015) and aware of HIV related knowledge (AOR=6.447) facilitate the establishment of high awareness of HIV infection

risk.Conclusion: The most effective way to form the risk awareness of HIV infection is to push the popularization of sex health knowledge of the old and HIV related knowledge, and emphasize the consistent use of

condoms.%目的:了解老年人HIV感染风险意识情况.方法: 对南宁市50岁及以上老年人进行问卷调查,收集研究对象的人口学特征、艾滋病高危行为特征及HIV感染风险意识情况,并进行统计分析. 结果: 调查对象年龄分布为50-85岁,男女比例约为2.28:1,文化程度多集中在初中及以下水平,且多为农民,户籍多为南宁本地.经过卡方分析及多因素logistic回归分析发现,年龄大(AOR=0.974)是阻碍强HIV感染风险意识形成的独立因素,而性生活中每次都使用安全套(AOR=7.621)、知道一点


老年人性保健知识(AOR=2.015)以及对艾滋病相关知识知晓(AOR=6.447)是促进强HIV感染风险意识形成的独立因素.结论: 提高老年人性保健相关知识及艾滋病相关知识的普及力度,重视安全套的持续使用是促进50岁及以上老年人群HIV感染风险意识的最有效方法. 【总页数】2页(P25-26)
