【摘 要】Based on an in-depth analysis conducted on the development of green agriculture, which is the epoch requirement for ecological

civilization construction, the article presents the effective approaches for development of green agriculture, which are summarized as the following: efforts should be made to enhance propaganda education and firmly establish the concept of green agriculture, promote agricultural technology development by relying on scientific and technological innovation, establish the assessment index system for green agriculture by strengthening scientific management, intensify organization and

leadership and vigorously popularize the typical demonstrations of green agriculture and develop relevant policies on guarantee mechanism for development of green agriculture so that good regional environments and city technology innovation system would be established.%在深入分析发展绿色农业是生态文明建设的时代要求基础上,提出发展绿色农业的根本有效性路径：加强宣传教育,牢固树立绿色农业理念;依靠科技创新,加强绿色农业技术开发;强化科学管理,构建绿色农业评价指标体系;加强组织领导,积极推广绿色农业示范典型;制定相关政策形成绿色农业发展的保障机制;从而建立良好的社会环境和技术创新体系。
