肯特长输管道风险评价方法的改进研究

【摘 要】通过分析历年国内外管道事故的原因,得出肯特指数法中4项指数对管道风险的影响程度并不相等.本文在不改变肯特指数法总分的前提下,利用层次分析法调整肯特指数法中第三方破坏、腐蚀、设计和误操作四项指数的权重,根据权重计算得分系数.实例分析表明,改进后的肯特指数法减少了传统肯特法评价结果与管道实际情况的偏差,能够更加客观的反映管道的风险等级,为管道风险评价提供新的、可靠方法.%By analyzing the causes of domestic and foreign pipeline accidents over the years, third-party damage, corrosion, design, and incorrect operation, four index in Kent Method impact on the pipeline risks are not equal. Under the premise of not changing the Kent index total scores, four index weight are adjusted by AHP, Score coefficient is calculated based on the weight. The results show that the improved Kent method reduced the deviation between evaluation results and actual situation of the pipeline, it can be more objectively reflect the risk level of the pipeline, and provides a new and reliable method for pipeline risk assessment.
