企业流程监控系统的研究与实现

【摘 要】随着流程电子化在企业信息化的广泛推广和应用,为企业节约了大量的人力,物力,提高了企业的审批效率.但随着企业信息化系统逐年的增加,流程执行效率低下的矛盾日益突出.为了解决以上问题,需要对现有系统的关键流程进行梳理,抓取关键流程运行信息,对流程相关人员进行定期提醒和督促.文章通过实现对PDM 系统关键流程监控为例,实现了流程监控信息的发布和流程人员定期提醒督促,为企业信息化流程评估和再造提供了强有力的保证.%Along with the popularization and application of prccess electronization in enterprise information,it save a lot of manpower and material resource fore the Enterprise.The efficiency of examination and approval of enterprise has been improved. With the increase of information system year by year. It brings about inefficient process execution. Caused a lot of complaints from users. In order to solve the above problems. we need to sort out the key processes of the

system.Grab key process information. Monitor and remind process ralated personnel the article combs through the key process of pdm.Pdm process monitoring is realized.It provides an efficent guarantee for enterprise information.
