工程施工进度的编制与管理

摘要：施工进度计划是工程建设和指导工程施工的重要技术经济文件，是单位工程施工组织设计的重要组成部分。它的任务是按照组织施工的基本原则，根据选定的施工方案，在时间和施工顺序上做出安排，达到以最少的人力、财力，保证在规定的工期内完成合格的单位工程项目产品。了解施工进度的内容、作用任务、种类等相关知识以便来更好的对施工进度计划进行编制，从而达到切实保证施工进度在工程中实际指导应用的重要性。本文首先分析了工程进度计划编制的重要性，然后重点阐述了施工进度计划编制的要点，其中包括编制的依据，编制的步骤和施工进度计划的表示方法，左后论述了加强施工施工进度管理的措施。 关键词：施工进度；编制；依据；步骤；准备工作

construction schedule of the said method, this paper discusses the left after construction construction schedule management measures.

工程施工进度计划是施工单位进行生产和经济活动地重要依据，它从施工单位取得建设单位提供地设计图纸进行施工准备开始，直到工程竣工投产交付使用为止。

进度控制是施工阶段的重要内容，是质量、进度、投资三大建设管理环节的中心，直接影响到工期目标的实现和投资效益的发挥。工期控制是实现项目管理目标的主要途径，施工项目进度控制与质量控制、成本控制一样，是项目施工中的主要内容之一，是实现项目管理目标的主要有效途径。
