【摘 要】Social life is the life network of men living in society, social organizations and public power agencies. In the constitutional law, the main reflection and concern for social governance lies in the cultivation of social autonomy, and on the basis of social autonomy, adjust the

relationship of social autonomy and social governance in order to achieve coupling. Therefore, this type of coupling is the key to create a harmonious social life. The harmony of social life is not a simple system of coinage, but with the same respect for everyone.% 社会生活本是生活在社会中的人、社会组织、公权机构互为表里、相互协调而织就的生活网络。在宪法学中对于社会治理的反思与关注主要集中在培育社会自治，并在培育社会自治的基础上谐调社会治理与社会自治以期达到耦合。因此，公权机构的社会治理行为与生活在社会中的人及社会组织的社会自治行为的耦合是求得社会生活和谐的关键。社会生活的和谐又非简单的制度生造，而是以对人的同等尊重为核心。 【总页数】6页(P110-115) 【作 者】刘永
