Nowadays, most students don’t do sports in the spare time. There is no doubt that their study is the key factor. The more they do sports, the less time time they spend on study ,which means that an unavoidable conflict exist in exercise and study .What’s more, for lack of facilities of high quality , they may get injured in the process.

In my opinion, it is very necessary for us to take part in sports activities for the reason that sport is good for our health both physically and mentally. By doing some sports, we can relax ourselves from concentrating a long time in class, which can improve our efficiency when we get back to study. What’s more, doing sports can help us form new hobbies, making our life more colorful.

In all, we can benefit a great deal from doing exercise. Therefore , I call on everyone to take exercise very day .

In recent years, with the increasing popularity of digital devices, students pay little attention to their handwriting . As a result, their writing is not as so good as it was in the past. Owing to the outbreak of the disease ,we had to have online courses at home instead of attending school after the winter holiday.

Actually it is not that bad. Online courses break through the limitation of time and space, providing us with great convenience to study. But it also has some disadvantages, one of which is its bad effects on our eyesight.

All in all, very coin has two sides, and the key is to use it properly. As far as I am concerned, if you can make full use of every possible means appropriately to study, it won’t matter whether you study online or in the classroom.
