【摘 要】It is necessary to embody in the writing of the 20 th-century literature “an awareness of a complete history”—a spread and implementation of the grand literature view. Efforts should be made to connect modern and contemporary literature from the longitudinal dimension, to integrate literature of various genres, various levels and various regions, to represent the multi-dimensional space of confrontation and interpenetration between new litera-ture and popular literature as well as between new poetry and drama and classical poetry and drama, to link up the literary fields on the Chinese mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau and to set up an archive for minority na-tionalities literature. Moreover, pains must be taken to give full consideration to “the Chinese face” and the Chi-nese blood in the survey of“modernity” so as to evade the polarization thinking of enlightenment and revolution. A study of the interaction between the century-old literature and the spiritual temperament of the Chinese people by virtue of the genealogy of
spirituality can highlight the national character of the century-old literature and culture.%治20世纪文学史需要“全史意识”。“全史意识”是大文学观的一种展开和落实。从纵的维度打通近代、现代、当代，从横的维度通向文学的各种
体式、各个层面、各个地域，呈现新文学与通俗文学、新旧体诗与戏对峙互渗的立体空间，沟通两岸四地的文学板块，给少数民族文学立卷。考究“现代性”充分顾及“中国面孔”和中国血脉，规避启蒙与革命的两极化思维。以精神谱系学研究百年文学与中国人精神气质的互动关系，彰显百年文学文化的民族品格。 【总页数】19页(P1-19) 【作 者】杨义
