健康宣教对高血压患者药物依从性的影响观察

【摘 要】Objective: To explore the influence of health education on drug compliance of patients with essential hypertension. Methods: A total of 45 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital, which received routine nursing and health education, were selected as the observation group. In addition, 44 cases of hypertension patients were randomly selected from our hospital admissions, receiving routine nursing care, as the control group. The two groups were surveyed of drug compliance and anxiety. Statistical analysis was conducted on the survey results. Results: In the case of whether receiving health education, the two groups of patients with hypertension has shown difference in anxiety and the difference is of with statistical significance (P<0.05). Medication compliance of the two groups of patients was compared and the difference is of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the health education for patients with hypertension, drug compliance of patients was improved significantly. Health education is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的:探讨健康宣教对高血压患者药物依从性的影响.方法:选取我院接诊的45例高血压患者,其接受常规护理联合健康教育,设为观察组.另外,随机抽取同期我院接诊的44例高血压患者,对其进行常规护理,设为对照组,调查两组高血压患者药物依从性和焦虑


情况,对其进行统计学处理.结果:在接受不同护理情况下,两组高血压患者的焦虑情况对比,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者药物依从性对比差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:通过对高血压患者进行健康宣教,患者的药物依从性得到显著提高,值得临床推广和应用. 【总页数】2页(P10-11) 【作 者】焦桂华
