摘要在智能建筑中火灾报警及消防联动控制系统是建筑设备自动化系统中非常重要的一个子系统,其原因一方面是因为现代高层建筑建筑面积大、人员密集、设备材料多,建筑上竖向孔洞多(电梯井、电缆井、空调及通风管等),使得引发火灾的可能性增大,另一方面是由于智能建筑比传统的建筑投资了较多技术先进、价格昂贵的设备和系统,一旦发生火灾事故,除了造成人员伤亡外,各种设备及建筑物遭受损害造成的损失也比一般建筑物严重得多,由此我们不难了解到,在火灾报警及消防联动控制系统中,火灾报警系统的重要性更加突出,火灾的发生在其初期阶段往往只是规模甚小而又易于扑灭的,但是由于火灾的初期阶段人们不易发觉或疏于防范,而使火灾蔓延,酿成灾难,这就对于系统的安全可靠性、技术先进性及网络结构、系统联网等方面提出了更新、更高的要求。
