新建县中心城区长征路及周边路网交通综合治理

摘要

本文要求针对南昌市新建县中心城区范围长征路及周边路网，在通过充分交通调查的基础上，了解道路交通存在的实际问题，运用交通工程学的基本理论和原理，以交通安全、通畅、效率、便利及其与环境协和为目的，以交通系统的“资源”（包括时间、空间资源及投资水平）为约束条件，从机动车交通运行、慢行交通运行，从宏观交通管理、微观交通管理、智能交通管理等不同层面，对现有长征路交通系统进行近期交通治理方案研究。

关键词：交通调查；交通管理；交通治理

understanding the actual problems of road traffic, using the basic theory and principle of traffic engineering, in order to traffic safety, unobstructed, efficient, convenient and union with the environment for the purpose, to traffic system "resource" (including time, space, resource and investment level) as constraint conditions, from motor vehicle traffic, slow traffic, from the macroscopic traffic management and traffic management, the micro intelligent traffic

management and so on different level, the existing Changzheng road transportation system for traffic management scheme research recently.
