社区书店经营现状及发展策略分析：以北京市为例

【摘 要】社区书店是社区公共阅读空间的重要组成部分，有助于社区精神文明建设，打造书香社会。本文通过调查统计和案例分析，对北京市社区书店的分布、类型及运营模式进行介绍，并从政策、社会环境、具体管理运营等方面提出社区书店的发展策略。%Community bookstore is an important component of community public reading space, which contributes to promote cultural and ideological progress, and build reading society as wel. This article introduces the distributions, types and operation patterns of community bookstores in Beijing by investigation and statistics, as wel as case analysis.
