【中文摘要】研究在临沂市城区居民中开展社区卫生服务满意度现状及影响因素调查,可以了解现有社区卫生服务工作中存在的优点与不足,判断影响社区卫生服务满意度的主要因素,从而为进一步改善和提高社区卫生服务质量提供依据。研究方法：采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,首先从临沂市抽取3个区,然后从每个区中随机抽取2个社区卫生服务中心。对6个社区卫生服务中心所覆盖的540名社区居民进行调查。问卷调查采用现场自填法,最终获得有效问卷502份,有效率为92.92%。数据分析应用SPSS13.0统计软件包,统计方法包括：描述性统计分析、χ2检验、Logistic回归。研究结果：居民对社区卫生服务的总体满意率为52.4%,服务态度满意率为71.7%,服务技术满意率为49.8%,就诊环境满意率为67.0%。在各项满意度评分中,服务技术满意度评分最低。满意度不同程度地受到以下各因素的影响：药物价格、内部环境、就诊询问、病情解释以及诊疗效果。研究结论：临沂市社区卫生服务居民总体满意度处于中等水平。社区卫生服务中心应结合自身特点,实施差异化服务,从而提高社区居民满意度。与此同时,社区卫生服务中心和卫生行政部门应该采取多种措施,从各方面提高社区卫生服务水平。
【英文摘要】s:In order to know the advantages and disadvantages of community health services, to determine the
main factors of the satisfaction of community health services, and to provide basis for improving the quality of community health services, the survey on the status of townsman satisfaction and influential factors in Linyi City was carried out.Methods:With multi-stage stratified random sampling method.3 district samples were selected in Linyi City, then 2 community health services centers were selected from each district. With on-site self-administered methods,502 questionnaires were taken back. The effective rate is 97.06%. The data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0. The methods of statistical analysis included descriptive statistical analysis,χ2 test, and Logistic regression.Results:The overall satisfaction rate of community health services of townsman is 52.4%. The satisfaction rate of medical stuff’s attitude is 71.7%. The satisfaction rate of medical stuff’s skills is 49.8%. The satisfaction rate of the medical environment is 67.0%. The score of satisfaction of medical stuff’s skills is the lowest among the other aspects of community health services. Overall satisfaction is more closely linked to satisfaction of the cost of drugs, environment, inquiry, explanation, and
effects.Conclusions:Compared with the similar regions all over the country, the satisfaction of community health services of
townsman in Linyi City is intermediate. In order to improve satisfaction of community health services of townsman, community health services centers should implement
differentiated services. Meanwhile, community health services centers and health administrative departments should undertake various measures to improve the quality of community health services in all aspects.
