【摘 要】目的：探讨热休克蛋白90（HSP90）在慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）患儿体内的表达及对糖皮质激素（GC）敏感性的影响。方法：将2010年1月至2014年1月收治的 ITP 的患儿按诊断标准分为急性组（n＝113）和慢性组（n＝21），比较两组血清GC 水平及糖皮质激素受体（GR）、HSP90 mRNA 的表达。结果：两组血清GC水平及GR mRNA 表达均无明显差异（P ＞0．05），而慢性组的 HSP90较急性组明显增高（0．95±0．17 vs 0．56±0．22，P＜0．05）。结论：慢性ITP患儿存在HSP9O／GR比例失衡，HSP90的表达量与儿童ITP发展为慢性疾病有一定关联。%Objective:To explore the expression and the impact sensitivity to glucocorticoids (GC)of heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) in children with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP). Methods: Children with ITP were divided into acute group (n=113) and chronic group (n=21) from Jan 2010 to Jan 2014 according to the diagnostic criteria standard, and the serum level of GC and glucocorticoid receptor (GR), HSP90 mRNA expression were compared between the two groups. Results:The serum level of GC and GR mRNA expression were no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05),but the HSP90 mRNA expression in chronic group was significantly higher than that in


acute group (0.95±0.17 vs 0.56±0.22,P < 0.05). Conclusion: HSP9O/GR is imbalance in children with chronic ITP.The relationship between the expression of HSP90 and child development for chronic ITP disease has a certain correlation. 【总页数】3页(P48-50) 【作 者】刘国强;叶伟;梁敏
